On 18 Aug 2026 Kun Chen (@kunchenguid) posted a system prompt for a Firstmate Bot: create it, paste GROK_BOT.md from github.com/kunchenguid/firstmate into the description, and talk only to that Bot. It creates, delegates, and coordinates the others.

How it works

He says Firstmate is a chief-of-staff pattern he already used in other harnesses, now a short Grok Bot description. We did not re-run Firstmate.

Why it matters

Named repo, named prompt, named person. Community — we did not re-test Firstmate.
